I'm sorry it's been a while since I have updated, but my heart is full. I couldn't help but share what I learned in conference.
Matt and I decided to keep "light" in our marriage. I could write a whole post, and I plan on it.
I need to tell my children they are children of God. I try to bear my testimony to them daily. Hearing my testimony is powerful, but not powerful enough. I plan to tell them, "You are the son of a Heavenly Father who loves you." I plan to remind them of that more frequently.
I am going to continually work to bring light into my life.
I should be more eager to invite others into our home. I also need to be more diligent in making our home Christ-centered. I want to have at least a small reminder of my Savior everywhere I look. It is because of Him that I am so blessed. One particular area of focus will be our play room. I have something in every room of the house but our play room. It is so important that my kids see these reminders too.
I learned a lot more. I may have had a little bit of a problem with Boyd K. Packer's talk. I won't lie. I will write my response to that this week as well. In the mean time, enjoy your life. Love and live with the light of Christ. Marvel in my brilliance to use a crib sheet as a coffee table protector for kids (ok, I can't take all the credit. My grandma inspired it. It will be life-changing at our house).
I love you all. I love my readers whom I do not know. I love my family and friends who support me in this journey. I have a sincere love for every one of you.
I wish you love and blessings in your week.
Morgan
